Certified Teen Life Coach
After years of working as a therapist, I realized my true passion lies in helping teen girls navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence and resilience. While therapy is incredibly valuable, I find life coaching allows me to take a more proactive and solution-focused approach to helping young women thrive.
Drawing from my personal experience as a parent of two daughters who are Division I Ivy League college athletes, I have lived through the distinct pressures and opportunities that come with this transformative time. After receiving a Master’s of Social Work from Columbia University, I honed my therapeutic skills in the field before augmenting my training, becoming a Certified Teen Wisdom Inc.® Life Coach. This combination of family and career experiences equips me with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges facing our kids and the skills to help them address these issues head on. I’m dedicated to providing the tools, encouragement and community every girl needs to unleash her inner strength and become her best self!
